Being a fitness expert/advisor many questions asked by
people like what is the benefit of regular physical
activity, women health and how women can give shape to their body? Now-a-days,
women manage not only home but office also and in all these they don’t get time
enough time for their personal growth. Focusing on children, office, home many
women become victim of obesity and poor health. Due to lack of exercise and not
doing proper physical workout, many women face difficulties associated with
their health. So through this blog, I am going to explain how women can fit themselves
and give a perfect shape to their body by doing 30-40 minutes exercise on a daily
basis and I am sure it will really help them to get rid of unwanted body fat

Weak glutes can cause your pelvis to tilt forward. By using
the hip raise, you can activate your glutes. Hip Raise targets the muscles of

amount of calories, as well as tightens chest muscles.
4. Step-ups
Step-ups targets the muscles of glutes and hamstrings to
create leaner, stronger legs, and a tighter, lifted rear.
5. Stay Active
Being active all day is also important, try to use hand-free
phone, stand up during meeting if possible. Go for a short walk during your
lunch time.
6. Get Enough Sleep
Not getting enough sleep can cost you serious problems like
mental confusion, exhaustion and heightened stress so always try to get enough
sleep for a healthy body.

It varies from person to person depending on body type and
activity level, but you should try to drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water
every day. It is necessary to keep yourself hydrated all the time.
